Do not bother with this clinic or Dr James Malone-Lee! Truly a waste of time and money to speak to a clinic who do not care about their patient outcomes or wellbeing. I experienced severe side effects and worsening UTI symptoms after following guidance and antibiotics from his clinic. Do try other options that may be helpful for you instead: - Uva Ursi (you can buy online or via Holland & Barrett) - Pumpkin seed oil (effective for some) - D Mannose I've had better relief with Uva Ursi than the months of antibiotics. I hope this is helpful to someone reading this.

After 34 years suffering UTI’s that never went away , useless testing and poor treatment on low dose antibiotics thank goodness I found the Harley Street team . Excellent service, I finally understood how a chronic embedded UTI that I had needed to be treated. The research Professor and his colleagues have done prove that with correct treatment we can return to normal . I am 95% better, I can continue to work, I can socialise and travel without being imprisoned by the crucifying pain from my infection . Research has shown dipstick tests fail , lab tests fail time and time again. Women are patronised and dismissed , left in pain but that can change , getting to the clinics and specialists who know how to treat us is life changing . The treatment isn’t the easiest but it’s a piece of cake compared to the nightmare of recurrent never ending raging UTI symptoms

This man ruined my immune system. His basic methodology is pumping his patients full of hospital strength antibiotics. It sounded so great when I first went to see him, suffering from chronic cystitis, he takes your symptoms seriously and promises that only he can help. Certainly taking his absurd cocktail of pills suppresses the infections for a while, but then it stops working and you have to take stronger and stronger drugs to get the same effect. After 18 months of his 'treatment,' I was no longer responding to antibiotics, my immune system was completely shot and I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome. At this point I went to see another urologist who told me that he is the only urologist in the world following this methodology for a reason and recommended I stopped taking antibiotics altogether. The first few months were very painful as sure enough the infection came back with a vengeance. But, with careful management of my diet I was able to get the cystitis under control without any more antibiotics. He was extremely angry and abusive when he found out I had talked to another urologist at the end of my treatment. He showed me a graph of his patients showing how the numbers have grown exponentially. I am not at all surprised - it seems no one ever leaves his treatment, because no one is ever cured. You are signing up for a lifetime of antibiotics as his human guinea-pig. Once he's got you hooked on them stopping seems impossible but honestly there is another way.

Professor Malone Lee and his team are life saving! In the depths of despair they listen, care and provide expertise to address this awful disease. Don't hesitate to start treatment with him, the earlier the better as it takes time and perseverance!

This treatment has saved my life. I was told I had no infection and was left getting worse for four months in the most appalling state. Didn’t work for 7 months. Professor Malone Lee and his team are revolutionising how uti is detected and treated. He is respectful, listens to patients and supports ongoing treatment closely. Totally dedicated to patients and the science.
